Rewiring Minds!

NABS is the only society in India which provides a platform for the psychologist, researchers, academicians, clinicians, and mental health professionals to work in the field of neuro and biofeedback therapy and promotes a scientific, objective, time-limited and an evidence-based treatment for various neuropsychiatric illnesses.

"Balancing Mind and Body Through Neurofeedback."

At the Neuro and Biofeedback Society, we are passionate about advancing the fields of neurofeedback and biofeedback to enhance human health, performance, and well-being. Our society serves as a hub for researchers, practitioners, educators, and enthusiasts to collaborate, innovate, and share knowledge in these dynamic and rapidly evolving fields.

What We Offer

Rewire minds to attain neural plasticity.

HRV Biofeedback

During respiratory biofeedback, bands are placed around your abdomen and chest to monitor your breathing patterns and respiration rate. With training, people can learn to have greater control over their breathing rates which can help in a variety of situations including when experiencing anxiety.

EDG Biofeedback

It measures skin electrical activity. Sensors attached around your fingers or on your palm or wrist with an electrodermograph (EDG) measure the activity of your sweat glands and the amount of perspiration on your skin, alerting you to anxiety.

EEG Biofeedback

It is an evidence based Non-invasive technique Measures brain waves which produces a signal used as a feedback for self-regulation of brain function (Demos, 2005). It is a type of neuro-therapy involving a brain computer interface (BCI) that records certain brain wave amplitudes and provides some form of feedback, usually audio or video, that allows the brain to monitor and manipulate the underlying EEG activity (Swingle, 2010).

EMG Biofeedback

Electromyographic biofeedback (EMG‐BFB) uses electrodes placed on a patient's muscles to generate a feedback signal (in vision or sound) in response to muscle activation. It is believed that this may allow patients to learn a more effective way of using their disabled limb. It measures muscle tension. Electromyographic biofeedback (EMG‐BFB) is a technique that is believed to have additional benefit when used with standard physiotherapy treatment.

Performance Optimization

Performance optimization through biofeedback is a fascinating and promising field that leverages the power of technology to enhance human performance in various domains. Biofeedback techniques provide individuals with real-time information about their physiological responses, allowing them to learn to control and regulate these responses for improved performance outcomes.

Pediatric Care

Pediatric care and biofeedback share a mutually beneficial relationship, offering innovative solutions to support the health and well-being of children and adolescents. By empowering young patients to gain greater control over their physiological responses, biofeedback plays a valuable role in supporting their physical, emotional, and psychological development.

Neurological Conditions

Biofeedback therapy holds promise as a complementary approach in managing various neurological conditions by helping individuals regulate their physiological responses and potentially alleviating symptoms. Neurological conditions such as migraines, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, and traumatic brain injury can benefit from biofeedback training.

Psychiatric Conditions

Biofeedback therapy offers a promising adjunctive approach in the management of various psychiatric conditions by helping individuals regulate their physiological responses and potentially alleviate symptoms. Psychiatric conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) can benefit from neuro and biofeedback therapies as well as Neuro-Cognitive Plasticity Therapy (NCPT).

Why Choose Us

Harness the power of the mind for personal growth & professional development.
